The main idea of ​​these educational game technologies was presented by Doctor of Science, Professor of the «Transmission of Electric Energy» Department of the Institute of Energy, Electronics and Electromechanics of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» Khomenko Igor Vasyliovych. He developed the game principle and various game systems and simulators for use in the classroom and for online education.

The implementation, improvement and updating of these game learning technologies is carried out by the Candidate of Technical Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Electrical Insulation and Cable Engineering of the Institute of Power Engineering, Electronics and Electromechanics of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» Moskvitin Eugene Sergeevich. He introduces and disseminates gaming technologies, simulators, and distance learning among students of NTU «KhPI».

Programming the code of professional computer games is done by a PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Automated Electromechanical Systems of the Institute of Power Engineering, Electronics and Electromechanics of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» Obruch Igor Volodymyrovych. He works as an expert on the editorial board of NTU «KhPI» and is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Electrical Engineers of Ukraine.
